The Joe Cooper legacy started in 1946, when Claude Cooper, a renowned mechanic, started the Yukon Oldsmobile dealership. He passed down the dealership to his son, Jackie Cooper, who kept up the legacy of service and quality through the years. He then passed it down to Joe Cooper, who expanded to many different dealerships throughout Oklahoma. Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Take vehicles to the stall area for their work order.
• Diagnose the problem and repair it as authorized.
• Perform service or repair efficiently and accurately, as well as up to factory and dealership standards.
• Notify the service advisor of any additional repairs needed, repairs not required, or any more significant time commitments than originally promised.
• Contact the Parts Department for any parts needed, and tag and save parts for warranty work or customer request.
• Document all work, quality check all work, and road test the vehicles before returning them to the customer.
• Stay up-to-date on all trainings, technical bulletins, and local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
